Registration and abstract submission
On-site registration is not possible and only online registration will be accepted. Please fill in and submit the registration form. Attendees who will give talks or present posters must also fill in the abstract submission form. Confirmation of acceptance will be sent upon receipt of forms related to registration and abstract submission.
Participants with accompanying guests are encouraged to register as early as possible because the accommodation at the OAC is limited, and June is a high tourist season in Crete and securing reservations in the village may be problematic if registration is left to the last minute.
Conference fees
All quoted prices are in € (Euro). The registration fee covers accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), coffee/tea during the breaks, welcome reception, traditional Cretan night, the conference package and a group excursion.
During the registration process, participants will have the option to specify someone as their roommate and, wherever possible, these requests will be honored. Single room accommodation will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Participants with special needs will have priority to single room accommodations.
Please note that no refund is possible.
